HahaMusic Referral Programme - Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
The HahaMusic Referral Programme allows existing users to invite others to create personal songs using HahaMusic. When a referral is successful, both the referrer and the invited user receive one complimentary song credit.

2. Eligibility
Participation in the referral programme is open to HahaMusic users who have purchased at least one song.
To receive referral rewards, both the referrer and the invited user must be paying customers who have purchased at least one song at any time on the platform.

Users who have not completed a purchase are not eligible to receive referral rewards.

3. How the Referral Programme Works
Users may share their unique referral code or referral link with others.

A referral is considered successful when:

• The invited person signs up using the referral code or link, and
• The invited person purchases at least one song on HahaMusic.

Once these conditions are met:

• The referrer receives one free song credit.
• The invited user receives one free song credit.

Song credits granted through the referral programme may only be used within the HahaMusic platform.

4. Unlimited Referrals
Users may invite as many people as they wish. Each successful referral may qualify for a new reward, provided the conditions in these terms are met.

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Spam
HahaMusic strictly prohibits any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral programme.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to generate referral rewards
• Referring yourself or accounts you control
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to generate referrals
• Spamming referral links in a way that violates platform policies or applicable laws
• Any activity intended to artificially generate rewards

HahaMusic reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and may suspend accounts, revoke referral rewards, or terminate participation in the programme at its sole discretion if abuse is detected.

6. Reward Adjustments
HahaMusic may delay, deny, or reverse referral rewards if referral activity is determined to be invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

7. Programme Changes
HahaMusic reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.

Changes may include reward amounts, eligibility requirements, or programme structure.

8. General
Participation in the HahaMusic Referral Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. HahaMusic reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms at its discretion.
