HahaMusic provides digital credits and digital content delivered immediately after purchase or use. Because delivery and generation begin right away, purchases are generally final.
No standard refunds
Once credits are purchased or used to generate content, refunds are not typically offered.
Technical issues
If a verified technical issue prevents delivery of purchased credits or generated content, contact support. If we confirm a system-side issue, we may restore credits, regenerate content, provide store credit, or issue a refund where legally required.
